1. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the bakery issues an order confirmation. Product availability may change because items are produced fresh in small batches.
2. Fresh products and substitutions
Handmade products may vary naturally in shape, colour and finish. If an item becomes unavailable, the bakery will contact you before making a material substitution.
3. Delivery and pickup
Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or access restrictions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Fresh food cannot normally be returned. Incorrect, damaged or quality-affected orders should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting details.
5. Website use
Content, branding and imagery may not be copied or reused without permission. Final production terms should be reviewed for UAE law, payment partners and the operating legal entity before launch.
